乌司他丁在肝移植围手术期中的应用

目的 :研究乌司他丁 (UTI)在肝移植手术期中的作用。方法 :在 1999年 8月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月对 2 9例各种终末期肝病施行 31例次肝移植 ,本组术前 3天及术后 7d分别应用UTI。对照组为 1995年以来施行的 36例未用UTI肝移植组。两组分别观察血、尿淀粉酶、HCT、IL - 2、BUN、Cr、ARDS、胸水、腹水等指标。结果 :用药组较对照组术后近期各种并发症、病死率明显减少。结论 :UTI具有抗手术侵袭、减少炎性介质释放、稳定细胞膜等效应 ,并因而减少肝移植术后并发症及病死率。

THE PERI-OPERATIVE USE OF UTI IN THE LIVER TRANSPLANTATION

Objective:To study the peri-operative effect of UTI in the liver transplantation. Methods:UTI was administrated peri-operatively, 3 days prior to and 7 days posterior to the day of the operation to 29 cases of the end-stage live diseases who had 31 liver transplantations from August 1999 to December 2000. The control group includes 36 liver transplantation cases since 1995, to which UTI was not administrated. Both groups were observed respectively for blood and urine amylase, HCT, IL-2, BUN,Blood Cr, ARDS, pleural effusion, ascites, etc. Result:Complications and mortality shortly after operation were significantly reduced, compared with the control group.Conclusion:UTI can reduce the release of the inflammatory mediators, stable the cell membrane, and therefore help the patients resist the attack of the operation and reduce the complications and mortality of the liver transplantation.
