| 摘 要： | 目的:比较时域分析法和小波分析方法分析平、弦、滑脉脉图的敏感性。方法:用ZM-Ⅲ型脉象仪和TP-Ⅰ型脉象仪采集平、弦、滑脉的脉图,比较两种方法判读脉象的准确性。结果:对于不典型的平、弦、滑脉波形,在一定范围内,小波分析法参数PSR1对于弦脉的区分更为敏感,而对于滑脉的区分则是时域分析法参数h3/h1较敏感。结论:小波分析法参数PSR1对于不典型弦脉脉图的区分更为敏感,为脉诊客观化分析提供了新的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare sensitive of the analysis in time-domain and wavelet analysis to analysis the pulse figure of the normal pulse,taut pulse and slippery pulse. Methods：Normal pulse,taut pulse and slippery pulse figures were examined by the ZM -Ⅲ pulse instrument and TP - Ⅰ pulse instrument. To compare the accuracy of the two methods to analysis the three pulse figures. Resuha：For atypical waveform of normal pulse, taut pulse and slippery pulse figures, wavelet analysis parameter PSR1 is more sensitive to differentiate taut pulse, and analysis in time-domain parameter h3/h1 is more sensitive to differentiate taut pulse. Conclusion ： wavelet analysis parameter PSR1 is more sensitive to differentiate atypical taut pulse waveform. It provide a new method for pulse objective study. |
