| 摘 要： | 目的:观察输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床效果.方法:对输尿管结石患者842例应用硬性输尿管镜、腔内气压弹道碎石机及液压灌注泵,局麻下取截石位,借助输尿管导管的引导将输尿管镜置入输尿管到达结石部位进行碎石,术后常规放置双J管.结果:842例患者中痊愈488例(58.0%)、有效320例(38.0%).总碎石成功率为96%;碎石失败34例,占4%.病例均有不同程度血尿,术后无感染、高热等并发症.结论:经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有微创、安全、效果好等优点.可作为输尿管中、下段结石的首选治疗方法.
