提高婴幼儿头皮静脉穿刺成功率的探讨

目的:探讨如何提高婴幼儿头皮静脉穿刺的成功率.方法:我院2007年9月～2010年9月做过头皮静脉穿刺的婴幼儿6857例,进行穿刺经验总结.结果:(1)穿刺前的语言沟通,可以减轻患儿的疼痛感,减少护患纠纷;(2)选择额正中静脉、额前毛细血管、颅骨缝间静脉进行穿刺,成功率高;(3)肥胖或水肿的患儿应摸清静脉沟,按压静脉,直到静脉略高于皮肤;(4)脱水严重的患儿输注时皮肤无隆起,滴流畅通为成功标准.结论:根据不同对象采取相应有效合理的方法,才能提高婴幼儿头皮静脉穿刺的成功率.

Study on increasing success rate of infantile scalp venepuncture
