Pelvic chondrosarcoma in an 18‐year‐old man masquerading as tuberculous ilipsoas abscess

Chondrosarcoma is distinctly uncommon in the younger age group. We report an unusual presentation of pelvic bone chondrosarcoma in an 18‐year‐old man clinically creating an impression of tuberculous abscess, and we discuss the CT and MRI appearances.
