经尿道前列腺电汽化术治疗前列腺增生症40例报告

目的为了寻找更安全而有效的治疗良性前列腺增生（ＢＰＨ）的外科手术方法。方法尿道前列腺电汽化术是近年来开展的电外科腔内镜新技术，我院采用经尿道前列腺电汽化术治疗ＢＰＨ４０例，疗效满意。结果手术出血量少，出血量平均８０ｍｌ，留置导尿管时间平均５天，拔管后病人均排尿通畅。结论该手术方法具有创伤小，安全性高，疗效显著，并发症少，恢复快，且可节省医疗费用等优点。

Study on 40 cases of prostatic hyperplasia treated with transurethral prostatic vaporization

Objective To report the experience of a safe and efficacious surgical approach for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Transurethral prostatic vaporization(TUVP),a newly developed technique in electroendoscopiosurgery,was performed in 40 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)with promising results. Results The mean time spent during operation was 50 minutes and the mean volume of blood loss was 80ml.Transurethral bladder drainage lasted on the average 5 days.All the patients urinated fluently after withdraw of the drainage. Conclusions TUVP is a safe and effective approach for BPH with less trauma,less complications,less time for recovery and less medical cost.
