婴儿抚触护理改善早产儿黄疸及常见并发症的影响

目的探讨婴儿抚触对早产儿黄疸及常见并发症的作用。方法选择2011年1月—2012年5月收治复旦大学附属上海市第五人民医院的早产儿72例,随机分为抚触组和对照组各36例。抚触组采用国际抚触法实施抚触,每天2次,每次15 min,持续15 d;对照组除不进行抚触外,其余综合护理措施同抚触组。观察两组早产儿胆红素浓度的变化及常见并发症的发生率。结果抚触组早产儿生后第5～9天的胆红素浓度低于对照组,常见并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对早产儿实施抚触可有效改善早产儿的黄疸发生程度,减少并发症的发生,对早产儿的早日康复和促进健康起到了积极作用。

Influence of infant massage on premature jaundice and common complications

Objective To investigate the influence of infant massage on premature jaundice and common com- plications. Methods A total of 72 premature infants in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the massage group and control group （36 cases each） from January 2011 to May 2012. The massage group was giv- en international massage for 15 d, twice a day, 15 min each time. The control group was given the same com- prehensive care except massage. The change in bilirubin concentration and incidence of common complications between the two groups were compared. Results The massage group had lower bilirubin concentration 5 - 9 d after birth and lower incidence of common complications than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The massage can effectively reduce the incidence of premature jaundice and complications, and improve the quality of life of premature infants.
