| 摘 要： | 目的：研究钙拮抗剂在治疗肾脏疾病中对肾脏的倦妒作用。方法：对我院100例诊断为肾功能障碍的患者随机分为两组，分别用血管转换酶抑制剂和钙拮抗剂进行治疗，在治疗后进行尿蛋白及肾功能的指标监测。结果：钙拮抗剂在治疗后尿蛋白及肾功能的改变具有显著性差别，对肾脏的保护作用优于血管转换酶抑制剂。结论：钙拮抗剂在肾功能障碍的治疗中具有较强的肾脏保护作用，应在临床广泛应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the protective action of anticalcium on kidney disease with ACEI.Methods: 100 patients,who have been identified dysfunction of kidney in our hospital,were randomized to receive either anticalcium or ACEI for treatment of kidney disease.After treatment the level of proteinuria and kidney function were measured.Results: There was a significant difference of proteinuria between anticacium and ACEI(P<0.01).The function of kidney after treatment with anticalcium was remarkable improvement in comparison to controls(P<0.001).Conclusion: The results suggest that the anticalcium could more strongly protect the function of kidney in treatment of kidney diseases. |
