| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨短暂性脑缺血发作 (Transientischemicattack ,TIA)时脂蛋白 (a) [Lipoprotein(a) ,LP(a) ]及纤维蛋白原 (Fg)的关系。 方法 对 4 8例TIA患者测定血清LP(a)和血浆Fg水平 ,并与 2 5例健康正常人对照。 结果 同对照组比较 ,TIA组患者Lp(a)和Fg水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;Lp(a)与Fg水平呈正相关 (P <0 0 1) ,TIA伴有梗塞灶者LP(a)和Fg的水平均高于无梗塞灶者 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 Lp(a)和Fg水平升高可能是TIA发生发展主要因素之一 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationships between transient ischemic attack(TIA) and the change of serum Lipoprotein(a) and plasma Fibrinogen(Fg) Methods The levels of Lp(a) and Fg were measured in 48 patients with TIA 25 healthy people were set as control group Results The levels of Lp(a) and Fg in patients with TIA were higher than control group(P<0 05) In TIA group,the levels of Lp(a) and Fg in those patients with infarction significantly increased compared with those without infarction(P<0 05) Conclusion These results suggest that increased Lp(a) and Fg may play roles in the formation of TIA |
