腹腔镜疝修补术与开放无张力疝修补术治疗老年复发性腹股沟斜疝的疗效分析

目的:比较腹腔镜疝修补术与开放式无张力疝修补术治疗老年复发性腹股沟斜疝的效果。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月至2011年3月新疆医科大学附属中医医院收治的53例老年男性复发性腹股沟斜疝的临床资料,其中腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术29例,开放式无张力修补术24例。术后病人均得到随访,随访时间12-36个月(中位时间18个月)。结果:2组手术均成功,与开放组相比,腹腔镜组手术费用高,住院时间短,手术时间短(32.7±14.3,术后疼痛持续时间短等优点,复发率差异无显著性。结论:腹腔镜疝修补术治疗老年人腹股沟复发疝安全可行,创伤小,操作时间短,恢复快,住院时间短等优点。

Effect of Laparoscopic hernia repair and open tension-free hernia repair treatment on elderly patients with recurrent inguinal hernia

Objective To compare laparoscopic hernia repair with open tension-free hernia repair treatment of elderly patients with recurrent inguinal hernia effect.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2007 to March 2011,Xinjiang Medical University Chinese Medicine Hospital admitted 53 cases of older men with recurrent inguinal hernia clinical data,including 29 cases of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair,open tension-free repair 24 cases.Postoperative patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months(median 18 months).Results of 2 surgery were successful,compared with the open group,the cost of surgery laparoscopic group shorter hospital stay shorter operative time(32.7 ± 14.3,postoperative pain advantages of short duration P <0.05],differences in relapse rate.Conclusions Laparoscopic hernia repair in elderly patients with recurrent inguinal hernia is feasible and safe,minimally invasive,short operating time,faster recovery,length of hospital stay The advantages of short.
