循证护理模式在结核性脑膜炎患者护理中的应用效果分析

目的：探讨循证护理模式在结核性脑膜炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法：将144例结核性脑膜炎患者采用简单随机抽样法分为实验组和对照组，各72例，对实验组在整个住院期应用循证护理模式，即确定需要循证的有关护理问题，检索相关文献，并对相关文献进行分析、探讨，最终制定最佳护理方案。所有数据采用SPSS13．0进行统计分析。结果：实验组结核性脑膜炎患者经循征护理后，脑积水和脑梗死发生率分别为16．7％和5．6％，明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；实验组治愈率66．7％，高于对照组（P〈0．05），后遗症和死亡发生率分别为19．4％和13．9％，低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：在结核性脑膜炎患者护理中应用循证护理模式能提高护理质量和患者生存质量，值得进一步推广。

Follows the card nursing pattern,in the tubercular meningitis patient nurses the application effect analysis

Objective ： To explore effectiveness of Evidence - based Nursing （ EBN } in nursing of patients of tubercular meningitis. Methods： 144 patients with tubercular meningitis were divided into trial group for 72 patients and control group for 72 patients. Trial group receipted Evidence - based Nursing in the whole stage of hospitalization. To determinate nursing problems needed to prove, retrieve and analyze related articles, and in the final, make the best nursing mode. All data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 Results： Incidence rates of ＆~opsy of brain and cerebral infarction were 16.7% and 5.5% respectively, which was lower than that of control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. The cure rate of trial group was 66.7%, which was higher than that of control group （ P 〈0.05 }. Incidence rates of residual and death were 19.3% and 13.9% respectively, which was lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： EBN can improve nursing quality and quality of patients. EBN is to be worth generalization.
