| 摘 要： | 为观察当归治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（diabeticperipheralneuropathy,DPN）的疗效，将47例DPN患者分为治疗组20例，对照组17例，结果：①治疗组显效20例，有效8例，无效2例，总有效率93．3％；对照组有效9例，无效8例，有效率52．9％，两组间疗效有显著差异（P＜0．01）。提示当归治疗DPN疗效确切、安全。

| Abstract: | To observe the efficacy and safety of angelica in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy, angelica (250 ml/d, iv for 20 days) was used in the angelica group (n=30), and the efforts were compared with those obtained fiom the control group (using VitB2 and VitB12, n=17), The results showed that in the anglica group , 93. 3% (28 out of 30) of the patients were clinically cured or have the symproms markedly relieved when compared with 52.9% (9 out of 17) in the control group (P<0. 01).It is suggested that angelica is satisfactory efficacy and safety agent in treating patients with diabetic neuropathy. |
