半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃食管反流相关性支气管哮喘临床疗效观察

目的：观察半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃食管反流相关性支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：选自2008年7月至2012年10月咳喘专科门诊的64例胃食管反流相关哮喘患者,根据治疗药物的不同分为2组,其中治疗组32例,采用半夏泻心汤联合常规西药治疗,对照组34例,采用射干麻黄汤联合西医常规治疗。观察比较2组治疗前后的支气管哮喘控制评分和胃食管返流症状评分及FEV1。结果：2组治疗后与治疗前比较哮喘控制评分和胃食管返流症状评分,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组治疗后,治疗组支气管哮喘评分和胃食管返流症状评分改善较对照组明显,2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗前后胃食管反流症状评分比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗前后胃食管反流症状比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃食管反流相关性哮喘有较良好的疗效。

Observation on Clinical Effect of Supplemented Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Correlation Bronchial Asthma

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of supplemented Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux correlation bronchial asthma. Methods： Sixty-four gastroesophageal reflux correlation bronchial asthma patients treated in our department of Cough asthma clinic from July 2008 to October 2012 were divided into two groups according to the drugs used for the treatment. Patients in treatment group（ n = 32） were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with conventional western medicine; the patients in control group（ n = 32） were given Shegon Mahuang Decoction combined with conventional western medicine. The two groups were compared before and after treatment in terms of the bronchial asthma score and GERD score. Results： There were significant differences in bronchial asthma score and GERD score before and after the treatment in both groups（ P〈0. 05）; after the treatment,there were significant differences in bronchial asthma score between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; GERD symptom score showed significant differences before and after treatment in the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）; there were no statistical differences before and after the treatment in the GERD symptom score in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Supplemented Banxia Xiexin Decoction shows satisfactory effect in treating gastroesophageal reflux correlation bronchial asthma.
