| 摘 要： | "肝主疏泄"是中医藏象学中的重要概念,最早出现于《内经》。其高度概括了肝的生理功能,包括调畅气机、促进全身气血水液运行等作用,对五脏六腑的生理活动和病理变化有较大影响,对临床治疗多种疾病具有重要的指导意义。从概念源流、理论内涵及其具体的功能体现等方面,系统对"肝主疏泄"理论进行深入阐述,以期对临证起到一定指导作用。

| Abstract: | The theory of "liver governing the smooth flow of qi" first found in Internal Canon was an essential concept in Zangxiang theory of traditional Chinese medicine. It highly summarized the physiological functions of liver, including regulating qi activity and improving the cycling of blood and Qi in the whole body etc. This study was aimed to clarify the concept and investigate the physiological functions of liver in traditional Chinese medicine and the related literatures to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
