小儿桡骨小头半脱位旋前复位的三维有限元分析

摘    要:目的探讨桡骨小头半脱位旋前复位法的临床复位机理。方法应用三维重建软件建立桡骨小头半脱位患者的三维有限元模型,分析并探讨桡骨小头半脱位旋前复位法的复位机理。结果获得桡骨小头半脱位患者在旋前45°时的三维有限元模型。结论旋前复位法是有效的桡骨小头半脱位的复位方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the mechanism of pronation reduction for radial head subluxation.Methods A RHS's three-dimensional finite element model was established with materialise mimics to study the mechanism of pronation reduction of radial head subluxation.Results The RHS's three-dimensional finite element model in positions at 45 of pronation has been established with materializing mimics.Conclusion Pronation reduction is an effective treatment for radial head subluxation.
