失眠症病因学本质的临床探讨

目的:研究探讨失眠症患者的病因学以及治疗。方法:以ICD-10标准诊断失眠症,采用问卷方式调查患者对失眠的认识,并对失眠症状进行定量分析。结果:入眠困难为主要症状(97.5％),再入眠困难(87％)、易早醒(80％)、多梦(77.5％)也为常见症状;在患者的认识中焦虑,恐惧以及对睡眠的期望值过高最为常见(100％);两种不同治疗的结果出现显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:失眠症的临床表现多种多样,但其本质在于患者错误的睡眠观念,态度及其所导致的恶性循环;在治疗方面应采取心理疏导,心理治疗为主,药物治疗为辅的方法,单一使用大量的镇静催眠药物往往适得其反。

Clinical Research of Insomnia Etiological Essence and Treatment of the Disease

Objective: To study the etiology of insomnia and its therapy. Methods: Insomnia was diagnosed with ICD - 10 standard. The questionnaires was distributed to the patients to investigate whether they understand the insomnia essence and quantitative analysis was done.Results: Trouble falling asleep (97.5 percent) was the main symptom. And difficult resleeping (87 percent) . Waking up early easily (80 percent) and much dreaming were also common symptoms. In patients the anxiety, fear and higher hopes on steepness were the most common psychological stress. (100 percent). Two different treatment showed obviously different results ( P < 0.01) . Conclusions:Clinical manifestations of insomnia are various. But their essence is wrong sleeping mentality and attitude of the patients and the bad recycle they lead to. In treatment psychological dredge and psychotherapy should be mainly adopted and medicine treatment should be supplementary. On the contrary, to use singly a lot of tranquillizer and hypnotic often leads to the bad results.
