| 摘 要： | 目的了解上世纪90年代末期宁夏居民的健康状况和对居民健康危害的主要死因.方法对1997-2000年宁夏死亡监测资料应用潜在寿命损失年数（YPLL）、潜在工作损失年数（WYPLL）和潜在价值损失年数（VYPLL）等指标进行分析.结果 1997-2000年宁夏居民全死因YPLL率、WYPLL率和VYPLL率分别为61.22‰、68.17‰和2.15‰,男性的YPLL率、WYPLL率和VYPLL率均高于女性.结论应用减寿分析可为确定重点防治的疾病和制定疾病控制策略提供依据.

| Abstract: | Objective In order to understand the health status and risk of various diseases in the residents of Ningxia. Methods The surveillance date of deahh in 1997 - 2000 in Ningxia was analyzed by years of potential life lost, working years of potential lost and valued years of potential llfe lost. Results The results showed that the rates of YPLL WYPLL VYPLL were 61.22 years per 1000, 68.17 years per 1000 and 2.15 years per 1000 respectively.The rates of YPLL WYPLL VYPLL in male were higher than those in female. Conclusion The results suggesed that YPLL WYPLL VYPLL are sensitive items in the local prevention and public health policy decision. |
