脑脉舒宁对大鼠学习记忆的影响

摘    要:根据操纵式条件反射 ,采用 MG- 2型迷宫装置 ,测定药物对大鼠学习记忆的影响 ,大白鼠按组分别腹腔注射东莨菪碱、山莨菪碱、阿托品和生理盐水 (2 mg/ kg) ,实验结果显示 :东莨菪碱可造成大鼠学习获得障碍 (P<0 .0 1)。用脑脉舒宁提取液每日 10 ml/ kg(1ml相当于生药 0 .5g) ,连续给大鼠灌胃 ,1周后再给予东莨菪碱。结果证明 :脑脉舒宁可显著改善后者所致的学习障碍 ,有促进学习获得的作用 (P<0 .0 5)。对正常动物 ,脑脉舒宁虽可减少错误率 ,但无显著性差异

Abstract:With the method of operative conditional reflex,we studied the effects of scopolamine,anisodamine,atropine and normal saline(NS).Rats were injected in peritoneum with NS(1ml/kg),scopolamine(2ml/kg),anisodamine(2ml/kg),atropine(2ml/kg),respectively.The results confirmed that only scopolamine could hinder rats from gain study acquisition ( P <0.01).The liquid extracted from Naomaishuning was poured into the stomach of the rats in the two experimentary groups (that is, group with scopolamine and NS) with 50% extracted liquor of Naomaishuning (1ml was equal to 0.5g dried raw herbs) by 10ml/kg respectively,once daily, a week consecutively.The results showed that Naomaishuning could remarkably improve study disorder induced by scopolamine(P<0.05),and as for normal animals,Naomaishuning could reduce mistake rate, but there were no remarkable differences in statistics.
