眼针联合中药治疗偏头痛随机对照观察

目的]观察眼针联合中药治疗偏头痛疗效。方法]将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予院内制剂头痛1号(药用川芎、荆芥、薄荷、羌活、细辛、白芷、甘草、防风等),1剂/d,水煎,3次/d,口服。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合眼针治疗。两组以10d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。结果]治疗组治愈9例,显效12例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组治愈3例,显效5例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论]眼针配合中药治疗偏头痛有较好的疗效。

Eye Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treatment of Randomized Controlled Observation

Objective]To observe eye acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of migraine.Methods]60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Each group of 30 cases.Control group give the hospital preparation of headache no.1(medicine of Ligusticum wallichii,Schizonepeta,mint,notopterygium root,Herba Asari,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,liquorice,Saposhnikovia divaricata,etc).A dose of every day,water boiled,Three times every day,take orally.treatment group which in the control group treatment was on the basis of combining with eye acupuncture.Two groups with 10 days for a period of treatment,After two courses of treatment to determine efficacy.Results]the treatment group were cure 9 cases,markedly 12 cases,improve 7 cases,invalid 2 cases,total efficiency rate for 93.33%.The control group were cure 3 cases,markedly 5 cases,improve 14 cases,invalid 8 cases,total efficiency rate for 73.33%.total efficiency in treatment group is better than in control group.Conclusion]Eye acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect.
