眼针疗法治疗心肾不交型失眠对照观察

[目的]观察眼针疗法对心肾不交型失眠的临床疗效。[方法]将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组使用眼针疗法,针刺心区、肾区。对照组口服参芪五味子片,严重者予地西泮片。两组均治疗4周进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效18例,无效4例,总有效率治疗组90.00%;对照组显效10例,有效19例,无效1例,总有效率72.50%。治疗组总的效率优于对照组。[结论]眼针疗法治疗心肾不交型失眠疗效满意,值得推广。

Eye Acupuncture Therapy Heart Renal Don't Pay Type Insomnia Contrast Observation

[Objective]Observed eye-acupuncture treat kidney type don't hand over the clinical curative effect of insomnia.[Methods]80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group use eye needle therapy,acupuncture heart area,renal area.Control group oral ginseng and astragali fruit of Chinese magnoliavine piece,or to diazepam tablet.Control group oral ginseng and astragali five two groups are to 4 weeks treatment outcome.The treatment group was better than control group total efficiency.[Results]Treatment group 18 cases were Markedly effective,18 were effective,4 cases were invalid.The treatment group total effective rate 90.00%.Control group 10 cases were markedly improved,19 were effective,1 case were invalid.The comparison group total effectiveness 72.50%.[Conclusion]Eye-acupuncture treatment kidney don't hand over heart type insomnia were satisfactory,is worthy to be popularized.
