有限内固定治疗跟骨骨折疗效分析

摘    要:目的评价有限内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法自2003年4月~2007年4月对22例跟骨骨折采用有限切开复位多枚螺钉和(或)空心钉内固定治疗。骨折按Sanders分型:Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型12例,Ⅳ型2例。对临床结果进行分析总结。结果经术后8~15月,平均11个月随访,骨折均获临床愈合。按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能,优10例,良9例,优良率86.4%。结论有限内固定治疗跟骨骨折,符合微创治疗原则,操作简单,并发症少,是治疗跟..骨骨折的有效方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate clinical effect in treating intra-articular fracures ofcalcaneus with limited internal fixzation. Methods From April 2003 to April 2007 in our department, 22 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fractures were treated with limited internal fixation. These fractures were classified by the standard of Sanders, including 8 cases of type II, 12 cases of type III, and 2 cases of type IV, the clinical effect was analysed. Result All the patients were followed from 8 to 22 months with an average 11 months, According to the Maryland foot score, the excellent, good and fair curative effects were achieved in 10, 9 and 3 cases respectively with an excellent and good curative rate of 86.4%. Concision The limited internal fixation is an ideal method in treating intra-articular calcaneal fractures because ofcausea mininal soft tissue damage,little complication and it is simple procedure.
