逆行交锁髓内钉在股骨远端C3型骨折的应用

目的探讨应用逆行交锁髓内钉（GSH钉）治疗股骨远端c3型骨折的方法和疗效。方法应用GSH钉治疗股骨远端C3型骨折28例。结果所有患者均获随访，时间6-32个月，平均13个月。复查X线显示骨折均愈合，平均愈合时间10．5个月，术后无肢体短缩，骨折畸形愈合及断钉等并发症。结论GSH钉治疗股骨远端c3型骨折具有手术创伤小，固定可靠，骨折愈合率高，并发症少等特点，是目前治疗股骨远端C3型骨折较理想的内固定物。

The Application of Retrograde Intramedullary Nail (GSH Nail) Treating the C3- Fractures of Femur Lower Segment

Objective： Explore the application of Retrograde lntramedullary Nail （GSH Nail） treating the C3- fractures of femur lower segment. Method： Apply GSH Nail to treat C3- fractures of femur lower segment in 28 cases. Result： All patients were followed up for 6-32 months, an average of 13 months. The reviewing result of X-ray showed that both of the fractures were healed within an average healing period of 10.5 months, and there were no limb shortening, malunion and broken nails, and other complications after operation. Conclusion： With the advantage of small trauma, reliable fixed, and fewer complications, GSH nail is a better fixation of C3- fractures of femur lower segment presently.
