| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与冠心病（CHD）的相关性。②方法选择心绞痛（AP）患者21例;急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者17例;另选正常对照组35例。应用免疫投射比浊法定量测定血清hs-CRP浓度。③结果 AMI组的hs-CRP浓度高于心绞痛组和对照组,心绞痛组的hs-CRP浓度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。④结论 hs-CRP与CHD存在一定相关性,hs-CRP浓度越高冠状动脉损伤越严重。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods The concentrations of hs-CRP were detected with immune turbidimetry in 17 patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）,21 cases with angina pectoris（AP） and 35 normal control persons from December 2008 to February 2009.Results The concentrations of hs-CRP were higher in AMI than those in AP and control group,and which was higher in AP than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There was a relation between hs-CRP and CHD,and the higher the concentration of hs-CRP,the more severity coronary heart disease injury. |
