| 摘 要： | 目的 了解良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的生活质量(QOL)状况及其影响因素。方法 采用自编的BPH患者QOL量表(BPHQOLS)、IPSS及一般情况问卷,在长沙、武汉两地调查了538名BPH患者。采用单因素方差分析与逐步线性回归等方法,评价BPH患者的QOL现状,并找出其主要影响因素。结果 BPH患者QOL较正常人群下降,主要影响因素有：IPSS得分、体力活动程度、年龄、文化程度、前列腺质地、IPSS症状等级。结论 应针对性地从以上几方面采取措施,提高BPH患者QOL。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the quality of life (QOL) of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and its influential factors.Methods 538 patients with BPH in Changsha and Wuhan were interviewed with self-made QOL Score of BPH (BPHQOLS), IPSS and a questionnaire and analyzed with ANOVA,stepwise linear regression to evaluate their QOL and find its main influential factors. Results QOL of patients with BPH descended than that of non-BPH patients, the main influential factors included IPSS score, physical activity, age, school age, texture of prostate and IPSS score degree.Conclusions Measures aiming at the above aspects should be taken to improve the QOL of patients with BPH. |
