| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对腮腺肿块的诊断价值。方法回顾分析52例腮腺肿块超声特点,并与术后病理结果对照。结果超声对腮腺肿块病灶的显示率为100%。对腮腺良性肿块诊断符合率85%,恶性肿块66%。结论超声对腮腺肿块的诊断及鉴别诊断具有可靠、方便的优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography(US)in the diagnosis of parotid masses.Methods Fifty-two patients with parotid masses were analyzed retrospectively and compared with postoperative pathology.Results The detective rate of US for parotid masses was 100 %.The diagnostic accuracy of US for benign-and malignant tumors was 85 % and 66%,respectively.Conclusion Ultrasonography has reliable and convenient advantage for diagnosing or differentiating the masses in parotid gland. |
