肝硬化鼠自体肝细胞脾内移植实验研究

本实验通过诱导大鼠肝硬变，在模型上进行半肝切除，正体肝细胞脾内移植，通过光镜，电镜，组织化学及＾９９ｍ锝标记亚锡酸钠（ＥＨＩＤＡ）扫描等，观察肝硬变情况下移植于脾内的肝细胞在不同时期的形态结构与功能变化，结果显示：移植于脾内的肝细胞能长期存活，并维持基本正常的肝细胞形态结构和功能，而且增殖能力较正常强，显示肝细胞脾内移植可能成为临床上难治性肝病的一种治疗手段。

Autotransplantation of Hepatocytes into Spleen in Cirrhosis Rats

In this experiment,SD rats were first induced to cirrhosis,and then the liver of rats were half resected,the hepatocytes were autotransplanted into the spleen.The structure and function of the intraspleenic hepatocytes were investigated by light and electron microscopics,histochemical stain and uptake test of 99m Tc HIDA. The results showed that the autotransplanted hepatocytes could survive in spleen for a long term,and almost keep their original structures and functions. The ability of proliferation in cirrhosis rats was stronger than in the normal ones.These information suggests that the intraspleenic transplantation of hepatocytes might be an effective therapy for the refractory hepatic illness.
