脑卒中后抑郁的治疗和对神经功能康复的影响

目的：探讨黛安神治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效和对神经功能康复的影响。方法：对61例脑卒中后抑郁的病人随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组和黛安神治疗，于治疗1月后，3月后对病人进行HAMD，神经功能缺损评分标准评定和比较。结果：研究组32例治疗1月后，治疗3月后HAMD评分和神经功能缺损评分均明显低于对照组（P＜0．01），研究组治疗3月后HAMD评分，神经功能缺损评分均明显低于治疗1月后（P＜0．1或0．05），而对照组29例无显性差异（P＞0．05），结论：黛安神治疗脑卒中后抑郁有效，能促进神经功能的康复，并且治疗时间越长，疗效越好。

The Influence of the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression on the Rehabilitation of Neurological Function

Objective: To investigate the effect of Deanxit in the treatment of post-stroke depression and on the rehabilitation of neurological function. Methods: 61 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Deanxit. Patients were assessed hy HAMD and Chinese stroke neurological function defect degree rating criteria 1 month and 3 months after the treatment. Results: The rating of HAMD and Chinese stroke neurological function defect of the treatment group was significantly lower after 1 month and 3 months's treatment than that of the control group (P<0.01). In the treatment group, it was significantly lower after 3 months' treatment compared with that after 1 month's treatment. Conclusion: Deanxit is effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression and can promote the rehabilitation of neurological function.
