大落新妇化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究大落新妇Astilbe grandis Stapf ex Wils.根的化学成分。方法大落新妇根90%甲醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部位采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到18个化合物,分别鉴定为menisdaurilide(1)、aquilegiolide(2)、phyllanthurinolactone(3)、glochidiolide(4)、黑曲霉糖(5)、鼠李糖(6)、果糖(7)、甲基-α-D-呋喃果糖苷(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)、β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、邻苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基己基)酯(12)、对香豆酸甲酯(13)、邻羟基苯乙酸甲酯(14)、间羟基苯乙酸甲酯(15)、丁香酸甲酯(16)、cotonoate B(17)、十二烷酸(18)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4为1998年日本学者从算盘子属中分离得到以来的第2次得到。

Abstract:AIM To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Astilbe grandis Stapf ex Wils..METHODS The ethyl acetate fraction of 90%methanol extract from A.grandis was isolated and purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Eighteen compounds were isolated and identified as menisdaurilide(1),aquilegiolide(2),phyllanthurinolactone(3),glochidiolide(4),α-nigerose(5),L-rhamnose(6),β-D-fructopyranose(7),methylα-D-fructofuranoside(8),daucosterol(9),β-sitosterol palmitate(10),β-sitosterol(11),di-2-ethylhexylphthalate(12),methyl p-coumarate(13),methyl o-hydroxyphenylacetate(14),methyl mhydroxyphenylacetate(15),methyl syringate(16),cotonoate B(17),lauric acid(18).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.The compound 4 is the second occurrence ever Japanese scholars obtained it from genus Glochidion in 1998.
