低频重复经颅磁刺激在帕金森病康复治疗中的应用研究

目的探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激在帕金森病康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2009年11月-2011年8月收治的帕金森病炎患者74例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各37例,对照组采用常规药物治疗及功能训练治疗,观察组增加低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,比较分析两组的临床效果。结果治疗前两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁分级量表（HAMD）及中枢静止期（CSP）比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而治疗后观察组的HAMD及CSP改善更为明显,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论低频重复经颅磁刺激在帕金森病康复治疗中的应用效果满意,利于患者的康复,是临床上理想的治疗方案之一。

Application Research of Low - frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Rehabilitation Treatment of Parkinson's Disease

Objective To explore the effect of application of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the rehabilitation treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Methods Seventy-four patients with Parkinson’s disease hospitalized in the People’s Hospital of Dongchangfu from November 2009 to August 2011 were selected as the objects of the study.According to random number table,they were divided into the control group and the observation group(each n=37).The control group was received conventional drug therapy and functional training treatment,while the observation group was given low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation additionally.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Before the treatment,no statistically significant difference was found in Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) and central silent period(CSP) between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,HAMD and CSP of the observation group were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has satisfactory results in the rehabilitation treatment of Parkinson’s disease.It is conducive to the rehabilitation of the patients and ideal for the clinical treatment.
