摘    要:
本文在71例住院病人中研究了异搏定对地高辛药效学和血清浓度的影响。联合应用异搏定后,心率与率压乘积明显下降(P<0.01),心功能改善,P-R延长,2例发生Ⅰ—Ⅲ度AVB,平均SDC自0.87±0.60升至1.31±0.51ng/ml(P<0.01,增值50.6%),7例发生地高辛中毒。上述结果提示:除传导障碍外,异搏定120mg/d与维持量地高辛联合,可用于充血性心力衰竭及室率快速的心房颤动病人。为避免中毒,地高辛剂量必须适当减少,尤其老年和肾、肝功能不全者。


EFFEDTS OF VERAPAMIL ON PHARMACODYNAMIA AND SERUM CONCENTRATION OF DIGOXIN
Abstract:
Studies of pharmacodynamia and serum conentration effects of verapamil on digoxin were carried out in 71 cases. When verapamil administered together with digoxin, reduction of heart rate and rate-pressure product (p<0.01), improvement of oardiac insufficiency and delay of PR were observed. Ⅰ°— Ⅲ° AVB occured in two cases with a mean increase of SDC from 0.87±0.60 to 1.31±0.51 ng/ml (p<0.01), and digoxin intoxication in 7 cases. The results suggest that except in case of the conduction dysfunction, verapamil 120mg/day associated with a, maintenace dose of digoxin can be used in the cardiac insufficiency and atrial atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular rate. To avoid intoxication, the dosage of digoxin must be reduced properly, especially for the aged patients with renal or liver dvsfunction.
