| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫分析法（ＲＩＡ）对４６例原发性肝癌（ＰＨＣ）患者及１４５例正常人进行血清甲胎蛋白（ＡＦＰ）、铁蛋白（ＳＦ）、酸性铁蛋白（ＡＩＦ）测定，结果ＰＨＣ组血清ＡＦＰ、ＳＦ、ＡＩＦ测定值显著高于对照组及其他肝病组（Ｐ＜０．００１），肝癌组ＡＦＰ阳性中为７８．２６％，联合测定ＳＦ、ＡＩＦＩａ性检出中可达１００％，提示血清八ＦＰ、ＳＦ、ＡＩＦ测定在ＰＨＣ诊断中有重要的价值，尤其联合测定ＡＦＰ，ＳＦ、ＡＩＦ３项可提高原发性肝癌的早期诊断率，降低了漏诊率。

| Abstract: | A-fetus protein (AFP) ,serum ferritin(SF)and acidic isoferritin(AIF) were tested by way of radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 46 cases with primary hepatic cancer (PHC )and 145 normal persons as a control group. The results showed that the average values of AFP , SF and AJF in the PHC group were much higher than those in the control group and groups of other hepatic disorders (P<0. 001 ) . AFP positive rate in the PHC group was 78 . 7% while the positive rate of the combined SF and AIF test could reach 100%, suggesting a significant value in the diagnosis of PHC. The combined test of AFP, SF and AIF could improve the early diagnosis of PHC, and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis of primary hepatic cancer. |
