| 摘 要： | 目的探析眼科护理中安全隐患及预防对策。方法收集2012年1月～2013年12月本院的50例眼科患者，按照护理干预措施的不同分为对照组（采用一般护理方式）和观察组（采用综合护理干预），各组25例患者，比较两组患者治疗期间的护理满意度，分析眼科患者护理过程中的常见危险因素，并给予相应的解决对策。结果观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），主要风险因素有视力模糊、睡眠障碍、体位不适、焦虑、便秘，此外患者无生活自理能力、意外事故、漏服药、感染、前房积血、伤口裂开在眼科护理中也有一定的影响。结论对引发眼科患者护理风险的因素进行相应的护理干预，可保证患者的安全，提高护理满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze risking factors and correlated measures in ophthalmology nursing. Methods To choose 48 patients in ophthalmology from Jan 2012 to Dec 2013, who divided into two study group with 24 cases with comprehensive nursing and controlled group with 24 cases with common nursing, to analyze the risking factors and the correlated measures. Results The satisfaction in study group was higher than controlled group. The main risking factors were blurring of vision, sleep disturbance, position discomfort, anxiety, constipation, hyphema, meanwhile the lack of life self-care ability, the accident, medicine leakage and wound dehiscence was also lightly influential. Conclusion We should strengthen comprehensive nursing to decrease nursing risk to improve the satisfaction of patients. |
