烫伤对大鼠心肝肾功能影响及免疫调节剂对其的作用

摘    要:为探讨烫伤对大鼠心、肝、肾功能的影响及不同免疫调节剂对其的作用,采用标准烫伤大鼠实验模型,分别测定各组烫伤大鼠伤后10d时心、肝、肾功能的系列指标。结果发现:(1)烫伤后10d时大鼠心、肝、肾功能均有不同程度的损害,与正常组比较差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);(2)烫伤后应用免疫调节剂治疗可使心、肝、肾功能有不同程度的改善,与对照组比较差异明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。这一结果表明烫伤后早期(6h内)应用免疫调节剂对改善伤鼠心、肝、肾功能具有重要作用。

Abstract:To explore the influences of scald on heart, liver and kidney functions in rats, and the effects of different immunodulators on the influences, experimental models of rats with scald were used to determine the various indexes for heart, liver, and kidney functions in various groups of rats with scald on the 10th day postscald, by full-automatic biochemical analysis instrument. The results showed: (1) The heart, liver and kidneyfunctions of rats was impaired on the 10th day after scald, compared with those in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05~0.01);(2) After therapy with immunodulators, the various indexes for the heart, liver and kidney functions improved in some degree, compared with those in the control group which was not given iRNA, the difference was significant (P<0.05~0.01).The result suggests that immunodulators should be used early after scald.
