右美托咪定在小儿麻醉中的应用观察

目的对右美托咪定在小儿麻醉中的应用疗效展开深入分析。方法从2012年1月—2014年1月中选取需择期手术的270例随机分为A、B、C3组,每组患儿人数均为90例,A组90例患者给予咪唑安定静注后给予氯胺酮静注;b组患者给予丙泊酚复合氯胺酮静脉注射;C组患者给予右美托咪定复合氯胺酮静脉注射。对比3组患者各方面情况。结果 C组患儿行右美托咪定复合氯胺酮静脉注射麻醉后,总有效率、治疗前后各指标、不良反应等各方面情况均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在小儿术前通过行右美托咪定复合氯胺酮静脉注射麻醉麻醉的方法不仅能够让患儿在整个手术中的生命体征平稳,还具有术中无疼痛,术后清醒快,舒适、不良反应较少的特点,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Observation on the Application of Dexmedetomidine in Pediatric Anesthesia

Objective To further analyze the application effect of dexmedetomidine in pediatric anesthesia. Methods 270 children needed selective operation from January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into group A, group B, group C three groups, with 90 cases in each. Group A were given midazolarn, then ketamine intravenously; group B were given intravenous injection of propofol combined with ketamine; group C were given intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine combined with ketamine. And the status of the three groups of patients was compared. Results The total effective rate, various indices before and after treatment, adverse reactions of group C treated with intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine combined with ketamine were better than those of the control groups, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anesthesia method of intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine combined with ketamine applied to children before operation, can make the children have stable vital signs in the whole operation as well as no intraoperative pain, faster recovery, comfort, fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of further popularization and application.
