| 摘 要： | 用不同浓度参芪合剂灌胃后,观察营养半固体糊的胃内残留率和用碳末法计算小肠的推进百分比。观察参芪合剂对在体小鼠胃排空及肠推进作用的影响并初步探讨其作用机制。结果发现,参芪合剂(40g/kg)抑制小鼠胃排空,但对阿托品所致胃排空延缓有拮抗作用。参芪合剂(30g/kg,40g/kg)促进小肠推进作用,对阿托品和去甲肾上腺素所致的肠推进抑制有拮抗作用。 |

| Abstract: | The effect mixture decoction of Dangshen and Hangqi(shenqi decoction) on gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion were studied in mice.The shenqi decoction(40g/kg) inhibited the gastric emptying and significantly antagonized the delayed gastric emptying induced by atropine.The shenqi decoction(30g/kg,40g/kg) promoted small intestinal propulsion and significantly antagonized the inhibition of small intestinal propulsion induced by atropine and norepinephrine. |
