摘    要:目的建立麦冬果实中总皂苷元的含量测定方法。方法以香草醛-高氯酸为显色剂,薯蓣皂苷元为对照品,采用比色法测定。结果吸收度与对照品浓度在2.25μg/mL~7.5μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.0492C+0.044(r=0.999),平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.56%(n=6)。结论本方法准确、重复性好,可用于麦冬果实中总皂苷元的含量测定。

Determination of Total Sapogenins Content in the Fruits of Ophiopogon Japonicus by Colorimetric Method

Abstract:Objective To establish all method for determination of total sapogenins content in the fruits of Ophiopogon japonicus. Methods Colorimetric method analysis was employed. Vanillin-HClO4 worked as colour developing reagent, and diosgenin was used as the control sample. Results A good linear relationship was achieved over the concentration range of 2.25μg/mL-7.5μg/mL for diosgenin with an average recovery of 98.8%, RSD 1.56 % (n=6). The equation of linear regression was A= 0. 0492C+0. 044(r= 0. 999)Conclusion The method was accurate and reproducible, and it can be used to determine the total sapogenins content in the fruits of Ophiopogon japonicus.
