增免抑瘤方辅助治疗对晚期卵巢癌术后化疗不良反应和患者生存质量的影响

目的：探讨增免抑瘤方辅助治疗对晚期卵巢癌术后化疗副反应和患者生存质量的影响。方法：将2009年4月-2012年4月接收的120例处于第Ⅲ-Ⅳ期行卵巢癌细胞减灭术患者。按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组术后给予紫杉醇联合卡铂化疗6疗程；观察组在对照组基础之上在每次化疗间歇期间给予服用增免抑瘤汤。于化疗前及化疗开始后每3d检查血、尿、粪便、肝肾功能1次，并且记录胃肠道反应以测定患者毒副反应情况，并通过化疗前及化疗过程中给予卡氏评分（Kamofsky）以及癌症治疗功能系统中卵巢癌子系统（FACT—O）以评价患者生存质量。结果：治疗组在毒副反应发生情况（白细胞、中性粒细胞及血红蛋白降低，肌酐、ALT升高、血尿、恶心呕吐）明显低于照组（P〈0．05）；生存质量评定结果，卡氏评分：两组化疗前与化疗期间各期卡氏评分均有统计学差异（对照组P〈0．05，观察组P〈0．01）；两组同期卡氏评分比较具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。FACT-O评分：两组化疗前与化疗各期各项评分相比具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；两组各期各项功能评分均具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：增免抑瘤方辅助治疗对晚期卵巢癌术后化疗能显著降低化疗副反应并且能改善患者生存质量。

Effects of Zengmian Yiliu Recipe on Chemotherapy Side Effects and Quality of Life in Adjuvant Therapy of Advanced Ovarian Cancer

Objective：To investigate the effects of Zengmian Yiliu Recipe on chemotherapy side effects and quality of life in adjuvant therapy of advanced ovarian. Methods ：120 advanced ovarian cancer patients in our hospital from April 2009 to April 2012 were divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 60 patients. Both groups were given paclitaxel plus carboplatin after chemotherapy for 6 courses. The observation group was even given Zengmian Yiliu decoction. The blood, urine, excrement,liver, kidney function before and every 3 days were recorded to evaluate the side - effects. The quality of life of patients was observed at different stages of chemotherapy by KPS score and FACT- O score. Results ：The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group （leukocytes, neutrophils and decreased hemoglo- bin , creatinine , ALT increased, hematuria, nausea and vomiting） was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. KPS analysis ： The KPS score of both two groups were significantly higher than that before chemotherapy （ control group P 〈 0.05, observation group P 〈 0.01 ）, and the same stages of two group also had significantly difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. FACT - O analysis ： Each of the two groups before chemotherapy and total score of the ratings had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; various functions of each score and total score were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion：Zengmian Yiliu Recipe for advanced ovarian cancer after chemotherapy can significantly reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and can improve patients quality of life.
