基于数据挖掘的云南燥证证候规律研究

目的：总结云南燥证的证候规律,为下一步研究燥证病因病机奠定基础。方法：充分利用中医文献学信息资源,选择云南地区具有代表性的论著与医案,回顾性地进行燥证症状与证候信息检索整理,选取频数较高症状,应用聚类分析找出云南燥证的证候群,再运用主成分分析确定主要证型。以明确云南燥证的证候特征与分布规律。在此基础上,运用中医理论知识阐释统计结果,从而归纳总结出燥证的常见证型及证候特点。结果：云南燥证常见证型为燥邪犯肺证、肝火犯肺证、血燥证及肝郁脾虚证。结论：云南燥证的证候具有外燥与内燥并存,干燥与湿阻共见,常兼肝脾症状等特点。

In the end,the method of cluster analysis and the method of principal component analysis will bewere used to identify the characteristic and regu- larities of distribution of Yunnan Dryness dryness Syndromesyndrome. On the basis above, using Chinese medicine theory knowledge was used for interpretation of statistical results in order to summarized the characteristics of the common Dryness dryness Syndrome syndromeSyndromes. The rResults ： the The common syndromes of Yunnan Dryness dryness include dry evil Fanfei invading lungcard, anger Fanfei card blood Thermal Wind Syndromliver fire attacking lung, blood drynesse and liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome. Conclusion ： The characteristics of Yunnan dryness syndrome is corn-bination of internal and external dryness as well as combination of dryness and dampness, accompanied with liver and spleen symptoms.
