摘    要:目的:探讨第二代双源CT的Flash序列在肋骨外伤检查中的应用。方法对28例肋骨外伤患者分别使用常规螺旋序列扫描和二代双源Flash序列扫描,比较两种扫描方法的图像质量及辐射剂量。结果常规螺旋序列扫描图像的优良率明显低于Flash序列扫描图像。Flash序列扫描的管电流、CT容积剂量指数、剂量长度乘积、有效剂量、扫描时间均低于常规螺旋扫描,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Flash序列扫描具有辐射剂量低、扫描时间短、图像质量高等特点,优于常规螺旋序列扫描,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of Flash sequence of second-generation dual-source CT in the examination of rib injury. Methods 28 patients with rib injury were scanned by both conventional spiral sequence scan and second-generation dual-source Flash sequence scan. Then the image quality and radiation dose of the two methods were compared. Results The high-quality image rate of conventional spiral sequence scan were obviously lower than that of Flash sequence scan;the tube current, volume CT dose index (CTDIvol), dose-length product (DLP), effective dose (ED) and scan time of Flash sequence scan were signiifcantly lower than those in conventional spiral sequence scan (P〈0.05). Conclusion Flash sequence scan is better than conventional spiral sequence scan in radiation doses, scanning time and image quality which is worthy to be widely applied.
