重度氟斑牙不同粘结方式的托槽脱落率的临床比较研究

摘    要:目的通过正畸临床上重度氟斑牙采用光固化贴面粘结托槽技术和托槽直接粘结技术的临床效果的比较,为临床氟斑牙的托槽粘结提供一种有效的方法。方法选取24例重度氟斑牙需要进行正畸的患者,共444颗需要粘结托槽的牙齿。随机选取12例(220颗牙齿)患者进行托槽直接粘结技术,12例患者(224颗牙齿)进行光固化贴面粘结托槽技术。在托槽粘结后的四周、八周、十二周分别记录两组患者的托槽脱落率的情况。结果氟斑牙直接粘结托槽组的托槽总脱落率为37.2%,氟斑牙光固化贴面粘结托槽组的托槽总脱落率为3.7%。结论氟斑牙光固化贴面粘结托槽组的疗效明显好于氟斑牙直接粘结托槽组。

Abstract:Objective:The purposes of this study were to compare the expulsion rates of orthodontic brackets bonded by different methods to series fluorotic teeth and to find a effective method for increasing bonding strength of orthodontic bracket bonded to fluorotic teeth.Methods: 24 patients whose teeth exhibiting severe dental fluorosis and who need orthodontics were chosen,and there were all 444 teeth that orthodontic brackets should be bonded to.Bracket direct bonding technique was used on 12 of the patients(220 teeth) randomly.The other 12 patients(224 teeth) were carried out with light-cure veneer bonding technique.The expulsion rates of brackets of two groups were recorded respectively on the 4th,8th,12th weeks after bonding the brackets.Result: The average expulsion rate of brackets of the direct bonding group was 37.2%,and that of the light-cure veneer bonding group was 3.7%.Conclusion: The curative effect of the light-cure veneer bonding group was obviously better than the direct bonding group.
