中风后抑郁74例分析

目的 :了解影响中风后发生抑郁的因素 ,尽可能及早消除可干预因素。方法 :评定中风后抑郁 ,并观察其发生与年龄、性别、病因、病情、病前性格、文化程度、心理社会因素、病灶部位的关系。结果 :126例中风患者中74例有抑郁状态 ,发生率为58.5 %,其发生与年龄、病程、病情、性格、文化程度、心理社会因素及病灶部位有关。结论 :年龄大、病情重、病程长、性格内向、文化水平低、经济条件差、与家人不和及病灶在左侧半球的中风患者 ,抑郁发生率高。尽早有效治疗 ,减轻病情 ,动员社会及家人关心中风患者可减少抑郁的发生率

Analyses on 74 samples of post stroke depression

Objective:To understand the factors on the post stroke depression (PSD),try to eliminate the interfered factors of the disease.Methods:To assess the post stroke depression and observe the relationship between the post stroke depression and age,sex,cause and process of disease,character,education,psychosocial factors and the infection focus of the patients.Results:74 of 126 cases of post stroke are depression ,the occupant rate is 58.5%.The post stroke depression is related with the age,cause and process of disease,character,education,psychosocial factors and the infection focus of the patients.Conclusion:If the patient were with the age,the more seriously of the state and the longer process of the disease,the heavier introvert ,the lower education ,the worst economic,the worst relationship with the family members and the infection focus located at the left brain part,the occurrence rate of the post stroke depression would be higher.It is important to take earlier treatment and lighten the state of the illness.Meanwhile,to encourage the family members and society to take care of the patients of stroke,it will decrease the occurrence rate of the depression.
