| 摘 要： | 目的总结分段结扎皮瓣行早期断蒂及并指分离的临床应用及效果。方法临床对36例患者,采用分段结扎蒂部及指缝处皮瓣,然后提前行断蒂及并指分离术。结果皮瓣断蒂与并指分离同时提前至术后16d,断蒂及分指后皮瓣无一例坏死。结论采用本方法可将皮瓣断蒂与并指分离提前同时进行,简便易行,安全可靠。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical application of sectioned skin-flap ligation to early pedicle cut-off and separation of combined fingers.MethodsA total of 36 patients were treated with sectioned skin-flap ligation, early pedicle cut-off and separation of combined fingers. ResultsPedicle cut-off and combined fingers’ separation were both shifted to an earlier time of the 16th day after operation. There was no skin-flap necrosis after pedicle cut-off and separation of combined finger.ConclusionPedicle cut-off and combined fingers’separation can be shifted to an earlier time and can be performed at the same time, which is easy, feasible, safe and reliable. |
