麝香保心丸治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛64例临床观察

目的探讨在传统方法治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛过程中,加服麝香保心丸的临床治疗效果。方法对照组采用抗血小板聚集、ACEI类药物、调脂、抗缺血等冠心病常规治疗方法,治疗组加服麝香保心丸治疗。结果治疗组临床症状治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组显效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗前后LDL、TG变化显著（P〈0.05）,而对照组则差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。心电图疗效：治疗组总有效率为84.37%,对照组为62.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论麝香保心丸对冠心病稳定性心绞痛在临床症状缓解、降低血脂、改善心电图指标等方面效果明显。

Clinical observation on Shexiang Baoxin Pills in the treatment of 64 patients with coronary stable angina

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of the traditional methods in the treatment of coronary stable angina with Shexiang Baoxin Pills. Methods The control group was given coronary conventional therapy such as inhibition of platelet aggregation, use of ACEI medicine, adjusting blood fat and antagonizing ischemia; the treatment group was given Shexiang Baoxin Pills in addition to the normal treatments of the control group. Results In terms of treating clinical symptoms, the total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 93.8%, and that of the control group was 75.0%, there was no significant difference （P 0.05）, but the demonstrated efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 0.05）. In terms of blood lipids, the LDL and TG of the treatment group showed a significant change after the treatment （P 0.05）, while the control group showed no significant change （P 0.05）. In terms of the electrocardiograms efficacy, the total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 84.37% and that of the control group was 62.50%, there was significant difference between two groups （P 0.01）. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pills has a obvious effect on relieving clinical symptoms, lowering blood lipids and improving electrocardiogram in the treatment of coronary stable angina.
