腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠胆汁淤积症临床分析

目的探讨腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的疗效。方法将86例妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症患者随机分为实验组（n=43）与对照组（n=43）,对照组患者仅接受常规治疗,实验组患者在常规治疗基础上联合使用腺苷蛋氨酸,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗前,两组患者瘙痒评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,实验组瘙痒评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗前,两组患者肝功能各项指标比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,实验组肝功能各项指标显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。实验组新生儿胎儿宫内窘迫发生率、新生儿窒息发生率、新生儿颅内出血发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的疗效确切,值得临床应用与推广。

Clinical analysis of ademetionine on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Objective To investigate the curative effect of ademetionine on cholestasis of pregnanc.Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were randomly divided into into experimental group （n=43） and control group （n=43）,patients in control groups received common treatment only and patients in experimental group received ademetionine on base of common treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect between two groups were compared.Results Before the treatment,pruritus score between experimental group and control group was not statistically significant （P0.05）;after the treatment,the pruritus score in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group （P0.05）.Before the treatment,the indicatrixes of liver fuction between experimental group and control group were all not statistically significant （P0.05）,after the treatment,indicatrixes of liver fuction were all lower in experimental group than that of control group （P0.05）.Incidence rate of fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and intracranial hemorrhage of newborn were lower in experimental group than that of control group （P0.05）.Conclusion Ademetionine has exact curative effect in treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
