双钢板治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折62例临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨双钢板治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法对本院2010年5月~2012年5月收治的62例肱骨远端粉碎性骨折患者采用双钢板内固定的方法进行手术治疗,术后进行早期功能锻炼。结果本组62例患者术后均随访12~24个月,骨折复位良好,固定稳定,未出现感染、异位骨化、骨化性肌炎等并发症,均于12个月左右获骨性愈合。术后肘关节功能根据Morrey评定标准,优45例,良好10例,中等7例,差0例,优良率为88.7%。结论肱骨远端粉碎性骨折后采取双钢板内固定手术在生物力学方面有着明显的优势,在临床中疗效确切,并发症低,是一种有效、实用、值得推广的手术治疗方法 。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of double plate in treatment of distal humerus comminuted fractures.Methods Sixty-two patients with distal humerus comminuted fracture were admitted in our hospital were given double plate internal fixation treatment from May 2010 to May 2012,and were given postoperative early functional exercises.Results All the 62 patients were followed up for 12-24 months,reduction of the fracture was good,fixation was stable,and there was no infection,ectopic ossification,ossifying myositis and other complications.All the patients achieved bony union in about 12 months or so.Postoperative elbow function was evaluated by the Morrey standards,the effect was excellent in 45 cases,good in 10 cases,moderate in 7 cases,poor in 0 case,the excellent rate was 88.7%.Conclusion The double plate internal fixation in treatment of distal humerus comminuted fracture has clear advantage in biomechanics,the clinic efficacy is good,complications is less,and it is an effective,practical treatment method which is worthy of promoting.
