异丙酚复合芬太尼用于人工流产术的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨异丙酚复合芬太尼用于人工流产术的临床效果。方法抽取2010年10月~2011年10月在本院行人工流产术800例早孕患者,随机分为观察组(A组)和对照组(B组)各400例。分别采用静推异丙酚与芬太尼和单纯异丙酚两种方法麻醉。结果全部病例麻醉诱导及维持效果满意,均在半分钟内起效,A组异丙酚用量明显少于B组,A组BP、R、HR、SpO2比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而B组BP、R、HR、SpO2比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。MAP降低〉20%及HR减慢〉20%例数,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论异丙酚联合芬太尼是人工流产手术较理想的麻醉方法 ,安全有效,值得广泛推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of propofol combined with fentanyl used in induced abortion.Methods Eight hundred cases of early pregnancy,who were accepted induced abortion in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011,were selected to randomly divide into observation group (group A) and control group (group B),each of 400 cases.Two groups respectively used intravenous injection of proposal combined with fentanyl and propofol only.Results All cases accepted satisfactory effect of anesthesia induction and maintenance,all anaesthetic worked in half minutes.And the propofol dosage of group A was less than that of group B.BP,R,HR and SpO 2 of group A before and after anesthesia was no significant difference (P 0.05),but those of group B was significantly different (P0.01).Comparison of cases between two groups,whose MAP reduced by more than 20% and HR decreased by more than 20%,with significantly different (P0.01).Conclusion Propofol combined with fentanyl is an ideal,safe and effective anesthetic method for induced abortion,so it is well worth widely spreading.
