脊柱转移瘤MRI与CT诊断临床价值比较

目的探讨并比较MRI与CT诊断脊柱转移瘤的临床敏感性及病变情况。方法回顾性分析本院2010年1月～2012年4月收治的脊柱转移瘤患者27例CT及MRI影像学检查资料,比较两种影像学检查方式脊柱转移瘤临床诊断敏感性、受累椎骨节数、椎及椎旁软组织肿块数各种病变例数、压缩骨折节数等。结果 MRI检查患者脊柱转移瘤临床敏感性明显高于CT检查,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;MRI检查患者受累椎骨节数、椎及椎旁软组织肿块数、各种病变例数均明显高于CT检查,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;但是两种影像学检查方式压缩骨折节数组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 MRI诊断脊柱转移瘤较CT检查临床检出敏感性高,对于病变情况有较好诊断阳性率,可作为临床首选影像学诊断手段。

Comparison of clinical value of diagnosis of metastatic spinal tumors with MRI and CT

Objective To investigate and compare the clinical sensitivity and lesions of diagnosis of metastatic spinal tumors with MRI and CT.Methods The data of imaging including MRI and CT of 27 patients with metastatic spinal tumors diagnosed in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2012 were analyzed retrospectively,and the clinical sensitivity and lesions of diagnosis of metastatic spinal tumors between MRI and CT were compared including the number of affected section of vertebrae,vertebral and paravertebral soft tissue mass,different lesions,and compression fracture segments.Results The clinical sensitivity of MRI were significantly better than CT （P0.05）;the number of affected section of vertebrae,vertebral and paravertebral soft tissue mass,and different lesions of MRI were significantly better than CT （P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the number of compression fracture segments between MRI and CT （P0.05）.Conclusion The diagnosis of metastatic spinal tumors with MRI can effectively improve the clinical sensitivity,and it has better positive rate of diagnosis on lesions.
