苏州市社区居民血压与人体测量指标的相关性分析

目的了解苏州市社区居民血压现状,分析居民血压水平与人体测量指标的相关性。方法 2012年9—11月随机抽取苏州市社区居民422名,测量血压、身高、体重、腰围(waist circumference,WC)、臀围,计算出体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、腰臀比(waist-to-hip ratio,WHR)、腰围身高比(waist-to-height ratio,WHtR),并将人体测量指标与血压水平作相关分析。结果苏州市社区居民高血压率为32.7%(138/422),男42.0%(84/200),女24.3%(54/222),男性高于女性(χ2=14.937,P<0.05);除身高与血压无显著相关性外,无论男性还是女性,其余各人体测量指标均与收缩压、舒张压呈现显著正相关关系,其中WHtR与收缩压的相关系数最大,其次是WC。结论苏州市社区居民高血压率较高,WHtR是人群中与血压水平关系最密切的人体测量指标,可作为人群高血压的早期、初步筛查指标。

Correlation between anthropometric indicators and blood pressure among community residents of Suzhou

Objective To investigate the status of blood pressure among community residents of Suzhou and to analyze the correlation between anthropometric indicators and blood pressure.Methods From September to November in 2012,a total of 422 community residents of Suzhou were randomly selected and measured for blood pressure,body height,weight,waist circumference（WC）,high hip circumference,and the body mass index（BMI）,waist-to-hip ratio（WHR）and waist-to-height ratio（WHtR） were calculated.Furthermore,the correlation between blood pressure and anthropometric indicators was analyzed.Results The prevalence of hypertension was 32.7% among community residents of Suzhou.Of them,the prevalence in males was 42.0%（84/200）,which was significantly higher than that in females（24.3%,54/222）（χ2=14.937,P〈0.05）.Blood pressure（SBP,DBP） had significant positive correlation with the anthropometric indicators but body height in both males and females.As for correlation coefficient,WHtR was in the leading place followed by WC.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension among community residents of Suzhou is relatively high.WHtR shows the most close correlation with blood pressure among the anthropometric indicators,which can be used as a preliminary screening indicator for early stage hypertension.
