摘    要:目的:探讨制备理想的血管性痴呆动物模型方法。方法:采用反复大鼠双侧颈总动脉缺血再灌注,加剪尾放血法制备血管性痴呆大鼠模型,并对其进行行为学、病理学和生化学评价。结果:行为学检测结果表明,血管性痴呆大鼠有明显的学习、记忆障碍,且该组大鼠海马组织ACh含量持续降低,神经元明显减少、缺血坏死明显。结论:本方法可制备理想的血管性痴呆动物模型,用于基础研究及药物筛选或疗效评价。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a vascular dementia(VaD) model in rats.Methods:The imitative VaD model was established by repeatedly clipping the rat's common carotid artery and bloodletting from the tail.Animal behavior and pathology were tested,and the content of acetylcholie(ACh) in hippocampal tissues was measured.Results:The model rats showed significant disfunction in learning and memory function,obviously decreased content of ACh and neurons and necrosis in hippocampal tissues.Conclusion:A rat model of VaD has been successfully established.This rat model is useful for VaD research and can be used in experimental studies,drug screening and evaluation of therapeutic effectiveness.
