短时受精结合ICSI技术在临床中的应用(综述)

受精是一个复杂的过程,在常规体外受精与胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗周期中,不可避免的会发生卵子完全不受精或低受精现象。随着短时受精技术的发展,通过早期观察及时判断受精情况,并对未受精的卵子行补救性单精子卵胞浆内显微注射技术(ICSI)已成为广大生殖医学工作者的研究热点,短时受精缩短了精卵共浴的时间,提高胚胎质量和种植潜能;早期补救可以挽救部分常规体外受精周期中受精失败的患者,从而降低周期取消率,改善妊娠结局。

The clinical application of ICSI and short-time fertilization

Fertilization is a complex process.In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer treatment cycles,fertilization failure or low fertilization phenomenon will happen inevitable.With short-time fertilization technologies,observe the fertilization at early time,and rescue-intracytoplasmic sperm injection the unfertilized oocytes have been the focus for the reproductive medicine researchers.The short-time fertilization reduced sperm and egg bathing time,improving embryo quality and planting ability.Rescue-ICSI can save part of patients which fertilized failure in conventional IVF-ET cycles,reducing cycle cancellation rates and improving pregnancy outcomes.
